Labubu is the creation of an artist from Hong Kong who said they’re inspired from Norse mythology, but conspiracy theorists claim Labubu are based on the evil spirit Pazuzu, a demon from Mesopotamian mythology and famously known as the malevolent force that possesses Regan in the 1973 horror film The Exorcist.
